Seed Packet Reads:

Swamp Milkweed is native to Southern Ontario and is a great wetland plant for the edges of ponds or for the garden. Excellent habitat plant for Monarch Butterflies. Pinkish crimson flowers appear on its miniature tree-like form and sturdy trunk from early sowings. Requires full sun and does best in sandy soils. Heigh up to 60 cm (2').

How to grow: Sow seed in early March indoors for late summer flowering the following year. Germinate at 20C for 21-28 days. Direct fall sowing outdoors is also effective.
