Busy Fall on the Farm

We’ve had some beautiful weather so far this fall! My beans have been going crazy and the greens, salad turnips, and radishes have been thriving. Bok Choi and kale have been looking awesome too! I have a few remaining romaine but will be done picking in a week or so, so grab some while you still can. I’ve got back on the ball with microgreens seeding and should have a steady supply of peashoots, radish, broccoli and arugula microgreens (provided I remember to bring them to market).

I’m still figuring out the farm store hours with adding the Komoka market and Pinery flea market this fall, but I will try to keep the roadside stand stocked this weekend. Preorders are always appreciated.

I’m also hoping that between harvests and markets I can get a greenhouse building day in. It would be great to have a crop of winter greens this fall and spring!
