This last week has gone by so quickly. We had beautiful sunny days all week for both markets and farm work. My dad and I finally finished setting up the last of my irrigation. It's ready to go with all the kinks (not just metaphorical in this case) worked out.

The tomatoes are winding down, but will still be available for a few more weeks, cucumbers are really slowing down, I only got two the other day! But the salad greens are still beautiful, zucchini has slowed down, but are at a nice manageable speed, and the potatoes are being dug.

I'm getting the farm ready for the fall. I am working on getting the ground ready to plant cover crops, and I am nearing my last planting for the year. With only a few weeks left in the market, I am very grateful for the year I have had back at home, and I look forward to seeing how long I can grow into the fall, and to next year as well!
